The heart rate and step tracker on my iconic has stopped working. The green light has gone off too. Can this be reset or do I need to send it off for repair? Thanks

@clairemcnpt, have you restarted your Ionic by pressing & holding the left and bottom right buttons until the Fitbit logo is displayed?
