When will the sport band be available?

Anyone having any trouble with their bands on the ionic. I’m still experiencing some looseness around the hinge! No idea if it me or the band. I’ve preordered the sportsband so hopefully that will be better. Anyone know when is that out? Are they available in the shops yet?

I was wondering how comfortable the band was.  According to what I read online it isn't very comfortable. I'm running to some stores today to pick mine up and was hoping to get the sportsband for it.  On a few websites it doesn't look like those are available yet but maybe they just don't have them listed yet.

My band is comfortable, issue is that it’s popped off a few times, which isn’t good for a £300 watch. I’ve lost confidence in the band so hopefully the sports one it a little better fit! Issue with mine is that one side just won’t snap in like the video says it should

Did you try the other sized band it comes with to see if it snaps in better?  I have had no issues with mine staying in.

I found that you have to make sure that the band's button clicks to know the band is properly secured and doesn't fall off of the Ionic. And even so, make a bit pressure between the Ionic and its band, to check that they are properly. Though it may sound obvious, perhaps this link can help: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2084/

If the band doesn't fit securely after following dear @SunsetRunner 's suggestion, it may be possible the tracker needs to get replaced (that's up to fitbit to decide).
