I've just bought a Fitbit Ionic and I am a little confused as there are no instructions. I've installed the Fitbit app onto my desktop and synced. There is nothing on the desktop app to tell me what to do - not even an explanation of the buttons. I've installed the app on my mobile phone and the same. 

 

I know I'm a bit of a technophobe but I've been trying to get the thing working for three hours now. 

 

Any help welcome.
