Ionic stopped holding charge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My  2 year old ionic watch used to hold a charge for 5 to 6 days and in the last few weeks it has been losing charge faster and faster. It can have a full charge in the evening and down to 20% next morning.

I have tried a restart, a full factory reset with a de-pair and re-pair to my account, reduced the luminosity on the screen, but it still only lasts for 24 hours maximum. What to do?
