Why have Fitbit effectively abandoned Ionic owners?

Nowhere to get new bands (except cheap chinese knockoffs) or help.

Hi @SunsetRunner you were able to post in the Ionic area of the Fitbit forum, so I don't see how that is being abandoned. Looking at the Fitbit Store, I see there are two different Ionic bands available - click to view. It's listed under the accessories.

Not available in my country, and they have removed support for the ionic from their website, i had to buy a fitbit sense and the band on that has burned my skin so totally off fitbit now
