Where to try on

I've been a Fitbit user for well over 5 years and currently using the Alta.  I love it, but have been wanting to upgrade to a "smartwatch" type of tracker & love the fact that the Ionic and now Versa are waterproof!  I've been searching around to find places where I can physically TRY ON the watch as I'm petite (5'0") and have small wrists.  Best Buy and Target have them on display, but only in a case.  Fitbit & Best Buy both have a return policy even if the box is open, but it seems like such a waste to purchase, open and discover that it just looks too large on my wrist and then deal with returns.  Anyone know of a place where I could actually try on?  All my friends have the Alta, Charge or Flex.  Thanks!

It's great to see you around on the Fitbit Community @Honulii! It's really nice to hear that you've been a Fitbit user for over the past 5 years. Currently, we don't have any store where you can try Fitbit trackers as Fitbit only offers the Fitbit online store.

However, we have the sizing guide that you can print and decide which one is the best for you. If you're going to buy an Ionic, each pack will include S & L bands.

Best Buy has models available to try on, just ask an associate.

I have been to Best Buy and Macy’s. Neither of them have devices to try on. I want to feel that it’s comfortable on my wrist. If it isn’t comfortable I don’t want to buy it. I’ll choose a different model that is more comfortable. At this point I’m not going to purchase one. I don’t want to go through the process of returning it if it doesn’t work out for me. The strap size isn’t the confusion.
