Every time there’s a software update, it seems to break more than it fixes!
in the latest one I now have graphs that don’t work in the sleep and health tracking and the menstrual tracking defaults to my data of birth on the calendar which is ridiculous.
Can Fitbit not test these so called improvements before messing up many features that were working fine?!
I like the product itself but every single software update seems to create problems that then don’t get fixed for weeks. Very poor!!

You will never get a solution here.people have been making requests for solutions since 2018 and earlier. Since 2018 and earlier bluetooth connection issues have plagued users. Fitbit seems to not care. Fortunately my ionic still works with some issues in it .

Do you mind me asking, have you managed to get yours fixed? As the reponce below shows, along with 1000's more, lots of people are having issues, and I am wondering how to fix mine, or the options being offered to others is.
