Why is Fitbit silent on the recent syncing issues?

Wondering why Fitbit has no solution and is not rolling back the iOS after the recent sync issues on the new IOS my Ionic will sync one time after a complete factory reset then not again unless it is reset AGAIN. All since the latest update had I realized this was the case I would have turned off updating and not allowed it to be pushed through, this is absolutely useless and since my boyfriend bought this as a gift he is now looking into returning it for a full refund in favor of an Apple watch or different tracker. Because every time you have to factory update it you lose everything on it as well as hours worth of steps while it sits and goes through the set up again.

Yet Fitbit has nothing to say about this, refuses to do a rollback on the iOS versions, refuses to allow a user to rollback on the iOS versions themselves. And is just apparently sitting on their asses waiting for us to shut up and deal with it. They used to actually care about the customers. But hey they have time to reply to nonsense in tweets and try to get people to the forums without actually addressing any issues we're having real time. Screen Shot 2018-03-23 at 11.05.45 AM.png

OS 2.0 is still fairly new it’s not like world hunger will go away in 1 night. The iPhone X has problems too.Just cross your fingers and hope for the best.
