I am not able to connect my iconic to Wi-Fi. Can anybody help

Hey @dave7483,

 

Fitbit wrote an article that has troubleshooting steps for Wi-Fi, that would be a good place to start.

One thing that I see happen sometimes is on dual-band wi-fi routers, connection doesn't work right. You'd need to set it to 2.4gHz for the watch to work. Just a thought.

 

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!
