Wifi error message

New wifi router same provider.  New password.  It wont detect the router.  It said theres an error.  Does anyone know what that's about?

Did you go through the WiFi Setup process by going to the Fitbit App dashboard and clicking on the Account icon and then Ionic?  Scroll down to WiFi Setup.

I tried that yes.  So I uninstalled the app and installed it again and it worked.  Thanks for the suggestion.
