Will not charge

My ionic went blank and will not charge. Cleaned it used two different charging cables tried the two buttons to switch in. The battery 0% flagged up then went iff, now nothing shows in screen. So gacked iff with the device, nit even 6 months old

Try restarting the Ionic several times and leave it on charge for a couple of hours, then repeat. If that doesnt do it I think you will need to contact Support (link in my signature)

I just finished talking w/ customer service for the same issue...6 month old Ionic, won't charge, nothing on the screen, cannot reset. They have offered a replacement...it is out of stock, but should ship within 2 weeks.

 

I hope that this is not a fatal flaw with the Ionic...M

Hey @Paratrooper, welcome aboard! Oh! I'm sorry to hear about the inconveniences that you are experiencing with the battery of your Ionic. As @NellyG suggested, did you already contact our Support team for further help? If so, what was their response?
