Windows 10 and Iconic problems

After spending  2 hours trying to set up Iconic on Windows 10 called help desk to be told to set it up over Smart Phone (Android) - which worked.

Eventually got app set up and working on laptop using Windows 10 but its clear from subsequent syncing problems the app does not work with Widnows 10. Blue tooth appears to be the main problem. So an expensive bit off kit that isn't able to run on Win10. Yes I've installed the app, have latest firm ware, played all the usual games with 'Settings/Bluetooth' but it still doesn't "plug and play".

That's funny, I've had no issues with my Ionic and my Windows 10 laptop.

Seems to be a more general problem having found this thread 'Ionic Adidas edition sync issues', maybe its the new firmware.
