My ionic has stopped syncing....I've restarted it, removed app and reinstalled, plugged it in directly to computer to sync....all of those will work for a very short time (less than 4 hours tops), and it's right back to NOT syncing again....is anyone else having this problem?

Do you have more than one tracker on your account? If so, remove the others.

I got same issue last week and cannot even sync this week. I also removed APP, restarted my watch nothing works...

Yes. same problems. Followed the same procedures. Absolute pain. very dissapointed with my new fitbit !!!

Exact same issues. Have followed every step for syncing problems, have disconnected bluetooth, restarted device, re-installed app. Wont sync, wont connect to Wi-Fi ............. extremely frustrating

My work colleague , who sits next to me has the ionic fitbit, same as me, has no issues. We use the same wi fi and the same computer network so answer me this - why doesn't my fit bit work ?????
