It's NOT the charger. When I got the second Ionic, I tried the new charger on the first and it still did not charge. It's the bloody watch! I really liked my watch, and feel deprived now. Of course, both had expired warranties. I believe that is called "built in obsolescence". Any suggestions  would be appreciated. Obviously, this is a known problem. Come on, FitBit, Man up!

I have tried all of these 'fixes' none work.  I even purchased a new charger... I am trying again,  but do not look for any good results.

After 18 months and no warranty my fitbit stop working and all I get from support is a20% discount to buy another fitbit, obviously I won't do it. No more cheap products with no support.

For the third time... nothing has worked... now what?

I think fitbit should be responsible for the bad quality products and replace all the ionics that after x amount of months stop working.

The same thing basically just happened to me. I tried everything under the sun to get it to work again.  I contacted support and they only gave me discounts for a new one. The ionic is barely over a year old and therefore out of warranty. Only option is to buy a new one with a discount. But I don't know if its worth it if I'm going to have to buy a new one every year or so. When I buy a phone or any electronic device I expect to work and be fine for at least 3 years to really justify it... so I might just move to another company and see if I have better luck with their trackers lifespans.
