My ionic has shut down and won’t charge. Contacts are clean, socket is working to charge other devices but ionic is completely dead and won’t accept charge

Have a look at Fitbit's troubleshooting guide for charging issues at Help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

If those tips don't work then, as it says at the end of the guide, it's probably best to contact customer support.

Hi @VJKal, i had the same problem as you. I think the water might have seeped into your watch. though it is waterproof but it is not 100% waterproof

for my experiences, it was out of sudden degrade in the batter lifespan and the screen will just turn on and off as if i had pressed the button. Also, the screen doesn't turn on/off when i pressed the button..

so for the above experiences, i think it was water seeping into the device.

You should raise a fault call to Fitbit live chat and see what they can do for you.

Mine is exactly the same. Working fine, got notification I needed to charge. Looked at watch and not on, won’t turn on. Connected to charger and won’t charge

Iconic was low on battery and a few hours totally blank. I plugged in got 0% on screen and left charging overnight. I get no response on device this morning.
