Won't start

My fit bit won't even turn on. It was charged. Screen is blank. Have tried re setting several times no luck. What is next step

I kind of have the same issue.  It was working and all of a sudden it just stop counting.  The number is now stagnant and won't move.  And I've been active with my walk and stuff. What is wrong with this watch?  How can this be fixed?

Ok, it sounds as though you have tried all of the troubleshooting steps. I think you would need to speak to customer support in this case as the issue sounds like it's hardware related.

Yes, I restarted, it seems to be working now, however, I did lost quite a few number of steps. Glad it’s back to working again. Thanks for your quick follow up. Greatly appreciated! 👍😀

Thank you for your reply. I called Fitbit and they said manufacturing and nothing they can do about it.
