I have been disappointed in my Ionic so far and I have only had it a couple of months.  The vibration for the notifications quit working about 2 weeks after I received it. What I was most disappointed about though was that you could not sync workouts to the watch like you can with the Garmin Vivoactive 3.

I'm unaware what is meant by sync workouts to the watch. I never owned a Garmin, but this is when a little research before buying comes in. 

 

As for vibration, have you tried a restart, or checked your Quick settings? 

Hold in the left button and swipe for quick settings
