Was wondering about the straps on my new clock not locking into place.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with your Ionic straps, can you please let me know if the straps doesn't fit or click when you try to attach them into your device's monitor? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I change the band on my Fitbit device?
