I enabled the pin function. But decided against it. When I go to my account and click on the device icon, device lock, as others advise clicking on, isn't there. However I click on the PIN and are told to enter my pin. Unfortunately the 4 digits I use to unlock the watch are incorrect...
I have tried any of the other codes I might have used. None is correct.
HELP!

Hi, @kwaasen, if you are not seeing PIN settings on your Android app you will need to log out of the app, update it from the Play Store and then log back in again.
If you still don't see see PIN under Ionic, then click on "wifi settings", make sure you have internet connection and allow the database to update.
After that you shouod be able to disable / enable your PIN from your phone app.

Thank you so much! I couldn't update the app, so I reinstalled it and that automatically disabled the PIN!
