Hi, I had activated on my Ionic Fitbit wallet. Everything was OK. But next day began the problems.
I wanted unlock my Ionic, but the password was wrong. I tryied unlock my Ionic more then 10 times but I coudnt unlock the clock. I dont know how could be the password changed. I didnt change it.
After that I changed the password in the app. It was some erors during the proces but after few minuts I unlocked my Ionic with new password (the same like before).
But after few hours I had the same problem. The password was wrong again. But I didnt change it. I set up on my Ionic only password for my wallet so I can use the clock but the wallet is protected and I cant change it in the app becauce there are many erors during the proces.
Can you tell me, why was the password changed? I cant image have could the Ionic alone change the password.

You might need to contact Fitbit, we do not have access to your tracker so no we can not determine what is going on.
I haven't experienced this yet.
