Hello @jmattwood and Welcome. Sorry to hear your having issues with your Ionic. I would recommend a RESET of your Ionic. You accomplish this by pressing the LEFT and BOTTOM RIGHT buttons down together and releasing them once the Fitbit Icon appears. The RESET usually gets everything straightened out. However, should you need further assistance, please post back. Thanks and Keep on STEPPING!

I'm an old hand at this, so already done all that. The numbers are all wrong again this morning.
Active minutes should be 80+. Workweek hustle has ignored the steps taken whilst active minutes were not being calculated.
Active minutes are based on calories burnt. Calories are determined by the heart rate.
An active minutes will not be rewarded unless there are at least 9 more minutes attached that show that the user is moving.
If the heart rate is not being read right or to many pauses then active minutes count may be off.
Yep, I know.
Last two days have seen behaviour in the count which is different from the norm.
Heart rate, or the lack of a reading, doesn't explain why the steps taken for the first hour this morning were not included in the work week hustle I'm in.
...and they're still missing from the hustle's count now:
