If I can not get accelerometer data from Charge 3, what are the alternative options, please?

Assuming you mean more than just step count,

you might get better responses on one of the developer boards:

Web API Development  or SDK Development 

and the "Important Links" near top right of those pages.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Sorry @Gassar but this data you can not get to and the Bluetooth communication is encrypted. 

Your alternative would be to by an XYZ accelerometer and use an arduino to harvest the data. This is how Fitbit got started.

please, could you explain to me more about an XYZ accelerometer and an Arduino, how can I get these kinds of sensors? What is about Fitbit versa 2 or Fitbit Lonic?

 

If there is any guidance or tutorial, please let me know.

The xyz sensor simple measures changes in speed in any direction. Fitbit users this data to determine the movements of the tracker. 

 

As for arduino. A search of the web will bring up a lot of info.
