I checked my version (just got the dang thing yesterday) and I have version 27.25.16.7 which should be the production version. However, all day sync definitely doesn't work and manually sending the sync isn't working now either. Last sync was 2 hours ago and I've tried manually about 6 times. Keep getting a red ! instead of it syncing. I've tried restarting the Ionic, but still no go. This is supposed to be the newest, brightest thing from Fitbit. Hell, my Flex worked better than this. WTH?

@AReigns, all of the Fitbit devices are having issues syncing right now, and Fitbit is working on trying to resolve the issue. The All Day Sync won't work reliably until the get the sync issues resolved, and the Manual Sync is having lots of problems. I have found the thing that works most reliably for me is to open the phone's Bluetooth settings, select the Fitbit device, tell it Forget the Device, and close the phone's settings. Then, re-open the Fitbit app and manually sync the tracker.

Sadly, my original Fitbit Flex keeps syncing like a charm, and I'm not even wearing it!.
