can't sync

So read this whole thread and alas, I have the production firmware but experience all of the various issues noted here by others. Any suggestions? Calling support is useless, doing a hard reset everytime seems ridiculous and wondering if I should have just stayed with my Charge HR instead of this tracker. I can't sync, says paired but not really connected, see weird numbers occasionally, etc. Any ideas?

@charlie1023, I don't know that a reset every time will solve the problem. Maybe it will, I don't have to do it with mine.  One of the things I have found most useful is to open the phones' Bluetooth settings, select the Fitbit device, tell it to Forget the Device, and then close the phone's settings. Re-open the Fitbit app and manually sync the tracker.
