can't recognize ionic on iPhone.............cant get messages calls etc

And yet it works on so many others. Strange.

 

So, to try and find out why, what have you done to try and sort out the problem? In the meantime, try a restart by holding left and bottom right buttons together for approx 10 sec, when the screen will blank and then the Fitbit logo will appear.
