I have just bought a fitbit ionic and bose QC35II to optimize my pleasure during running and so on. However, to my greatest disappointment, the ionic cannot find the bluetooth connection with my bose headphone. I need to fix this quickly since I am leaving in 5 days to an isolated non-internet place for a few months. Could fitbit please solve this issue?
Thanks

Hi,
I succeeded to connect it, it was a temporal problem in the app of Bose!
So, happy to leave to isolated regions with my fitbit and Bose 🙂
Thank you to all of you!

Hi. There is an interesting video at the top right hand side of this forum, under "important links" and "pair Bluetooth devices ". If it still doesn't work try to restart your Ionic.

Curious. I paired my QC35s quite easily. Sure, these are the Series I, but the only difference between the yours and mine that any site mentions is the Google Assistant button.
Remember, when pairing, you have to hold the QC35 power button fully to the farthest position until pairing occurs. At least, that's how I pair mine.
