Has anybody have a Fitbit delivered and not turn on out of the box? I have been charging it with no luck.
Am I missing something?

What happens when you try to charge it? (i.e. What appears on its screen?)

Nothing on the screen. Tried the cable in different computers and power bricks 😞

Same here. I got my Ionic yesterday afternoon, and as soon as I plugged it to the charger, it showed 0% charge and nothing since.. I can't charge it, I can't restart it, and of course I can't sync it with the phone app. Totally dead...
Looking at the Q&As it sounds like the Ionic is not yet ready for release.. I am returning to amazon this evening I think...

Not sure what specs you need. It's a fitbit Iconic. I want to use it with an iPhone, but thats not possible because it is completely dead.. won't charge enough to be seen by the iPhone... Looks like I got a lemon...

And here too, mine said 0% when I first hit the left button, then I connected to charger and left overnight, now this morning completely dead!!!

I just picked up my Ionic today. Thought it was a little weird that it didn’t even have a little bit of power to set up. So i’ve Been charging it all day and nothing. Tried holding the buttons to perform a restart and nothing. Going to call Customer Sevice in the morning.
