Have had a Charge 2 for some time. Its set up on the Fitbit app on my Pixel phone. Has been fine. Purchased an Ionic today and having difficulty set it up on the app. Will the app support both devices? Or do I have to delete the Charge 2 first up?

Shouldn't need to delete the Charge 2, though I had a surge and ionic on my app, I had difficulty syncing the ionic, which I was using. Deleted the surge and still having difficulty syncing the ionic, which appears to be a common problem, little support from Fitbit other than the default reply of 'factory reset' which you shouldn't have to do if the problem was rectified. Mine hasn't synced for 3 days now and stopped logging floors climbed, still awaiting a response from them, so may just go back to where I purchased it and change it for a Garmin 🙄
