How do you feel about the launch of the charge3, well, I feel angry. I'm disappointed my iconic has not work properly Since launch.

The announcement on the forums was August 17th and the press release was August 20th. If you're going by your posts, you've been posting about various problems, including your phone, since you bought it, months before the launch of the Charge3.
When one style is retired, it's safe to assume a new style will be coming out. My Blaze was replaced by the Versa. The Charge by the ChargeHR, Charge 2 and now the Charge 3. They retired the One, so who knows what is around the next bend in the Fitbit road.
When I got my Samsung 8, the new Samsung 9 was released soon after. It's always that way. The brand new car you drive off the showroom floor is redesigned and changed by the next ones leaving the factory. It's part of the life we consumers have to understand. We're never going to have the latest and newest - not for very long.
