I would like to start wearing my Ionic at night to monitor my sleeping pattern. However, I also want to wear it all day to monitor other health habits. When do I charge it and  how long does it take to fully charge?

Hi @KristinRatt,

 

The Ionic battery usually lasts around 4 days with continuous wear, so you should have no issues wearing it all day.  It normally takes at least 2 hours to get a full charge.
