Have had recent issues with charging my ionic. I have 3 ionic charge cables and it does not appear related to any of them. Also I have used different power sources.
Having trouble making good contact with magnetic piece. Does not show charging. I have cleaned contact surfaces carefully with alcohol pad. Appears to help a little if ionic is really dirty. Also rebooted Ionic. When green light is on when charge cable is attached does that mean it is charging?

Welcome to the Community @d3gmtwn! I appreciate the troubleshooting that you've performed. In this case, I've shared your post with our Support team, they will continue assisting you on this.
Regarding your question about Ionic indicating that's charging, the green lights mean that your heart rate is on. If you tap on the Ionic's screen it should show you the battery percentage and when you check the battery in Fitbit Today, the battery should be filling up.
Hope this helps! I'll be around if you need further assistance.
