my previous fitbits had trouble counting steps while holding on to a shopping cart. On the elliptical when I hold on to the moving bars. Does the ionic have the same issue?

@DitecIt's always a problem with wrist based trackers..
I have been doing some testing using the Zip in another topic on strollers and trolleys and suggesting that if you feel inclined to use the multi mode with a Fitbit Zip you will never lose a step.. I have suggested this because the Fitbit One is discontinued.
