doesn't track exercise or steps?

My iconic has stopped tracking my steps or any exercise even when i start it manually.

swam for an hour this morning, it timed my activity as 67minutes lengths swam zero??

steps all day 2??

wont sync with an andriod phone?? linked it to an iphone and it says update tracker??

 

i have to constantly reset the watch yet my husband has no bother with his.

 

i constantly have to remove the iconic from the iphone and start again reconnecting

its less than 6 months old, can i take it back??

really frustrating!!

Do a RESTART and do it several times if necessary.
