title says it all. i suddenly got an error on my fitbit anf after that nothing works.
watch face is not there and when i go to the app i cant load the watch faces the or the apps.
is it dead? lost already 4 hours trying to re install, reset etc

i tried with an iphone 7, galaxy s7 , hwaeu tablet and windows pc. so nothing to do with this...
i am trying factory reset now if it does not work goes to garbage.. after 3 fit bit devices i am getting enough lost time

You could contact fitbit support if the factory reset doesn’t work.

Earlier today I couldn't get FitBit to load my clock faces within the app. I did a hard restart of my phone and then it worked.

just saw the overall message in the forum its their bloody servers... did the factory reset for no reason...

I’ve been wasting my time doing the same as you, same problem, same attempts. I hope, tomorrow the servers are running, now it’s time to sleep
