Am I double counting calories burned when I enter my activity (ie: weight lifting or stretching) and the calories I have burned and the Ionic is showing calories burned, I guess based on my heart rate??  I am new to fitbit.  Just my first week with one so trying to figure it all out. Thanks

When you log an activity after the fact, you are not double counting because whatever you input overrides whatever fitbit actually recorded during that time.

But the better way to record it is to use the Exercise App, recording it as it happens.  To start, scroll right (swipe left) from clock screen to the apps to "Exercise".

Thank you! I've been experimenting with that and the different types of exercise icons. Works well. Thanks for the help.
