I am trying to set up fitbit wallet, I have done it before.
Today I wanted to add a new card.
Went into the app and tried to do so, it gave me a 'get started' prompt.
tried to enter pin, but got a 'error connecting to ionic' message.
Have tried to following -
- restart watch & phone
- restart app
- repaired watch
keeps bringing me to the enter pin screen, and then when pin is entered, gives me the same error message.
Can someone please fix this problem?
Could you pay a screen shot @YorrickHunt, you should not need a pin to setup a credit card. The bank Mau require some type of identification
Best AnswerI'm having the same issue (started when I had to delete my primary card because of fraudulent charges). Here's what I've tried:
- Restarted phone and watch
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app
- Re-added (replaced) my Ionic watch on the app
- Deleted all cards and tried to start over
Still no luck - now I can't even get past the point of setting the PIN code. I keep getting "Error connecting to Ionic"
