hi my clock face on my ionic in blank and will not sync. it' fully charged and the green light on the reverse is flashing. Do I need to return it. I've onlu had in for 3 months

Best AnswerHave you tried restarting the device? (Press and hold the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs). Also you could try changing the watch face to a different one to see if that fixes the issue. If neither of these work I would recommend removing the Ionic from your account and then performing a factory reset (Settings app - scroll to the bottom and tap about - scroll to the bottom again and tap factory reset).
