hi my clock face on my ionic in blank and will not sync. it' fully charged and the green light on the reverse is flashing. Do I need to return it. I've onlu had in for 3 months

Have you tried restarting the device? (Press and hold the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs). Also you could try changing the watch face to a different one to see if that fixes the issue. If neither of these work I would recommend removing the Ionic from your account and then performing a factory reset (Settings app - scroll to the bottom and tap about - scroll to the bottom again and tap factory reset).
