Hello!

I've just got my fitbit around six months ago! it was working fine. the battery use to last for 2-3 days if not more if i don't workout on daily basis!

few days ago, i notice it turned off on me mid-day! it really frustrated me!

until now i hve to go around with the charger because the battery drains sooo fast!!

anyone had the same issue can help? i send an email to the the fitbit support almost a week ago and i haven't get any respond yet!

the device hasn't even completed a year of usage Smiley Sad

Could there be a 3rd party app or watch face causing the excessive battery drain? If you have recently changed your watch face or installed an app, it might be worth removing these to see if it makes a difference.

I take it you have performed the standard restart, Pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs? Another option you have is a full factory reset, it's worth giving a go if you've tried everything else.

Yes I had this issue.

do you use a built in USB socket? I think my problem was the socket wasn't charging it correctly as I started having battery problems with my iPhone charging using the same socket: i switched the cable to in an iPhone plug and the problem went away. Daft that Fitbit don't provide a USB plug.
