Hello there,
My fitbit ionic is currently completely dead. It won't charge or restart and I have bought another charger to see if it was the cable that was the issue. I have cleaned the connectors and the connectors of the charger but I still have no luck. I have tried it in different USB ports, my laptop etc and nothing makes a difference.
I am sorry to spam the forum with a similar issue to everyone else however, I have no idea with how to contact fitbit about the issue. My fitbit was the best fitness technology I have ever owned and I really miss it.
Can anyone help?
Cheers in advance

Same here last night I put it on my charger overnight and it wouldn't turn on. I tried this and it worked: While on the charger (for at least 30 minutes) press, hold for a second and release the left and right bottom buttons. Mine kicked on and actually showed it had 100% charge on it from charging overnight. Works okay now.

Hey there,
Thanks for replying. I have seen someone else suggest that but I have tried doing it for the last 3 days and there is no life in it all.
I have ran out of things to try. Thanks for trying 🙂
