My ionc which I had for 2yrs is playing up not showing anything on the fitbit but the alarm that I set is still working and not showing up on the fitbit. I have tried a couple of things that I have followed on here but when I decided to set it back to factory I couldn't because nothing was showing up on the screen eg.the code to add it

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
