fraud?

I was told my only recourse was to take my complaint about my watch to the fitbit community, so I will continue to post about the problems with my Ionic watch. I've reached out twice to customer support, did the restarts, pushed all the buttons, etc and have gotten no real help. I cannot see the time on my watch. My main screen is the screen wake/notifications screen. I turn my wrist, it pops up. I have to literally push buttons and wave my arm all over. Sometimes the time will show, other times it won't. I asked to get a new watch. I was told no because 'everything is working fine' on mine. Again, I can't see the time on my watch. I think that is an issue. My customer support person told me he has the same issue on his watch and I can tell from the community that it is a pretty wide spread issue. Seems to me that fitbit is committing fraud - there is a known issue with their product but they continue to sell it for $300.

Have you tried to set a watch face?

I agree you need to change your clock face to a  FITBIT watch face

Might also want to look up what fraud means as well

I did change my clock face. The fitbit was fixed for a day, then went right back to doing the same thing. I restarted, did a factory reset and went to customer support twice. The fixes were temporary.

Wendy - thanks so much for your help. So glad a COMMUNITY LEGEND could reply with such wit and intelligence. I feel blessed to be acknowledged by you.

'wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain'

wrongful deception -- selling a watch with a known defect and not offering replacement/refund when the watch does not work properly

to result in financial gain - getting $300 for the watch
