My Ionic, phone app, and dashboard all have different values for the amounts of time, calories and distances for today's events.  Is there an issue with Ionic or is it just mine

I've had the same issues today. It took all of my active minutes away even after a hard restart. Very frustrating

I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Within a few minutes everything updated to what was recorded on my phone.

I used to be a Garmin wearer but had the same issue after a software update had to delete and reinstall. UGH

I had the same issue on Saturday and Sunday. The app shows about 2000 less steps than the watch. I don't know which to trust.

Calories seems alright though.

I did a reboot and reinstalled the app, but nothing happened 😞

I Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Nothing was fixed

I have an iPhone. I tried shutting it off first and that didn’t work so I uninstalled. Maybe it was the combination of both. Hope it works
