hi has any one had any problems with the ionic bad I've only had my two weeks and it's snapped is there issues with the original bands nice band as we it was really comfortable so I'm now fitbit less any idea where to get the original band from

Have you tried contacting customer support to discuss the faulty band with them? It might be covered under warranty, so it would be worth at least speaking to them.

I never even though about that I'm surprised that bands maybe coverd within a warrantysame as chargers I know the Pebble it self is cover but that's a new one on me about bands or chargers as technically you would think I'd be classed as accessories or am wrong and it's all classed as one until

Well you have nothing to lose by speaking with customer support and explaining the situation, I've always had positive experiences when it comes to support. Obviously it will be upto them to deem whether or not it is covered under warranty.
