Hi - I set up the device lock but as I don't need the wallet feature (no UK banks).
I navigated to the app dashboard on my phone (Google Pixel XL) and changed the Device Lock setting to disabled.
It is not disabled, however, as the ionic continues to ask for my pin code and it has twice now stopped my alarm from going off - NOT COOL!
Every time I try to change the Device Lock setting on the app dashboard it shows the connecting loop for an age and then says "Error registering Ionic with Fitbit Wallet - Error connecting to Ionic. Make sure it is close by and turned on" - the watch is next to my phone and turned on and syncing just fine!!
I've also tried looking at the desktop dashboard and can't find the Device Lock feature anyway.
Really stuck now and I cant afford to sleep through any more alarms!
Please help.....

After disabling device lock, and assuming you do not have Wallet enabled, try restarting your Ionic by pressing and holding together the bottom right and left buttons for approx 10 secs, until the screen blanks. This may clear your Ionic.

Thanks, but sadly this didn't work...the first thing it did after resetting was ask for my pin! I uninstalled the app, deleted bluetooth connection etc and started again...I was then able to turn off the pin code setting.
