i got an ionic for my birthday in February 2018 and it was working in water when swimming until 3 weeks ago when i went into the water in my local swimming pool and the ionic started to vibrate and then the screen went dead. i tried everything including factory reset but to no avail the watch has stopped working with the screen dead i even tried to charge it to no avail - the watch is dead. not as waterproof as stated- i sent an email to Fitbit support but no answer in 3 weeks so can anybody help me where to turn to as I am out of ideas and Fitbit support is not working which has left me frustrated and without a watch
