ionic not charging

Hi. Need help.. Since I updated my ionic last week, my Ionic will not charge. It is now dead and I have no idea on what to do.

First off have you tried a different USB Port?

 

See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery
