Hi, having had an ionic watch for a few months it has been fine in the main except syncing issues at the start, but for the last three days I've not been able to sync-any ideas? When I try to sync with my windows phone, it just thinks about it but no blue line appears and nothing happens. I've not changed anything from usual.

My Ionic has not synced normally for 3 or 4 days. I have a samsung phone. If i restart the Ionic and restart my phone it will sync but then it wont do it again unless i restart everything again. I emailed support two days ago but have not heard back. Very frustrating.

Mine is also struggling to sync over past few days on iPhone,Fitbit app says I’m not connected as Bluetooth is off but it is on and phone shows it connected. If I switch Bluetooth off/on it eventually connects,been fine until now. It’s also started sticking on a particular screen when browsing menus on watch. It’s been great for the 2 months I’ve owned it until this starting about 4 days ago.
