Recently my Fitbit Ionic has stopped vibrating. It does not vibrate when I receive any sort of notifications (text, IG, Messenger) and I also don't get any vibrations when I set alarms and timers. I have checked the notification settings using the left button and in the settings section of my ionic, both are on. I don't get a vibration when I hold down the left button. I have done a factory reset and gone through the update without any luck. what is my next step?

Seeing as you have listed that you have done all of the suggested troubleshooting including a factory reset, I would probably think the issue is hardware related. You could try restarting your Ionic a few times by pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs (until you see the fitbit logo), although I'm not sure this will make much difference seeing as you've already tried a full reset.
In that case you would need to contact customer support to discuss any warranty options that may be available to you.
