My iconic just stopped working have tried all the resets ,button pushing ,recharging no good. Any suggestions. Tried on line chat that has now packed up at fitbit.

Had one Versa replaced after 2 months due to manufacturing defects and two of us have been waiting 2 weeks to have our Ionics replaced due to suddenly logging 100k + a day/heating up/refusing to reset. All 3 were purchased in last 3-5 months.
very upset.
